The Difference Between the Language and the Work
Why having the vocabulary for restoration isn't the same as living it.
There is a version of this work that looks right.
It has the vocabulary. It shows up in bios and on feeds and in conversations at wellness events. It knows the right words. Self-abandonment. Identity restoration. Inner work. Boundaries. It can speak the language fluently.
But it is not the same thing as actually doing it.
I want to be honest with you about something. Most of what gets called identity work is actually identity performance. Women are collecting frameworks, buying journals, following accounts, and absorbing language without ever going to the place inside themselves where the real work lives. The language becomes a substitute for the process. The aesthetic becomes a replacement for the actual excavation.
I know the difference because I spent 11 years doing the second kind before I ever built anything around it. Not 11 years of studying it. Not 11 years of building a curriculum and testing it on an audience. Eleven years of going inward. Of sitting with the truth of who I had been conditioned to be. Of releasing what I had been performing. Of rebuilding an identity that was not constructed around everyone else’s needs. Of learning what it actually feels like to lead yourself from the inside out.
That is what Radical Rebirth is built on.
Not a concept. Not a trend. Not borrowed language dressed up in a brand.
A process. A real one. Walked through completely. Then structured so other women don’t have to figure it out alone.
The woman who finds her way to this work is not looking for inspiration. She is not collecting more language. She already knows something has to change. She is ready to go all the way through.

This is a real problem and not because ppl don’t want to to the work. There is so much resistance that no one talks about and certainly not how to address it. I’m a teacher and if you want a kid to learn something you have to break it down and then let them practice. Mastery of any skill is a process that takes time, effort, and persistence.
